Elliot Health System's Center for Wound Care & Hyperbaric Medicine in Manchester, NH seeks a Nurse Practitioner to join our team, working with two physicians and one APRN. The position is full-time (40 hours) with inpatient rounds, hospital and office hours.
Responsibilities include outpatient visits, inpatient rounds, wound care assessment, triage by phone, patient education, and collaboration with nursing staff and physicians; two hyperbaric chambers are used on site.
