Hanover Hill Health Care Center in Manchester, NH is seeking an Evening Nurse Supervisor (RN or LPN) for a full-time salaried role on the 3-11:30 p.m. shift with on-call weekend rotation roughly every two months.
Responsibilities include overseeing evening nursing assignments, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team, and ensuring adherence to care policies. Training is provided for supervisory duties and Point Click Care familiarity is a plus.
