Job Description:
Licensed Nursing Assistant Float Team $3,000 Bonus eligible!!! For your LNA position in the Float Team, in addition to the standard differential pay, you are entitled to a 10% premium differential for all hours worked upon successful completion of orientation.
As a nurse or LNA at Elliot Hospital, you have many options to practice throughout our 296-bed acute care facility. The RN Float Team provides care across all inpatient nursing departments for adult and pediatric patients. Our state-of-the-art units provide a wide array of equipment, and patient acuity depending on a nurse’s professional interests, certifications, and experience level.
About the JobThe LNA Float Team Licensed Nursing Assistant functions as an integral member of the care delivery team by providing direct and indirect patient care under the direction of a RN and within the scope of practice of a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA). Assists patients with activities of daily living, provides for personal care, emotional support and performs more complex clinical skills under the direction of an RN.

Demonstrates competent clinical practice utilizing clinical decision making and critical thinking skills.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred Current New Hampshire, compact, or multistate licensure as Registered Nurse required. Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation period and maintain during employment. ACLS preferred.
