Soliant Education is seeking a compassionate and dependable 1:1 School Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing support for a student in the Manchester, New Hampshire area during the  school year. This full-time, onsite contract offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference while working in a school setting. The daily schedule is flexible, with start times ranging from approximately 7:30 a.m. to between 8:00 and 8:20 a.m., following the student's school schedule throughout the academic year.

The selected nurse will deliver one-on-one care tailored to the student's medical and educational needs while collaborating with school staff and caregivers. This role requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and the ability to provide consistent support throughout the school day. In addition to medical care, the nurse may assist the student with classroom participation and daily routines as needed.

• Provide individualized nursing care to a single student throughout the school day.
• Monitor and manage the student's health needs while following physician orders and established care plans.
• Perform tracheostomy care, G-tube management, ventilator support, seizure monitoring, and diabetic care as required.
• Assist with lifting, toileting, mobility, and other personal care needs in a safe and respectful manner.
• Ride the school bus with the student when necessary to ensure safe transportation.
• Support the student with classroom activities and academic participation when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing services and communicate effectively with school personnel and families.
• Respond appropriately to medical concerns or emergencies while following district and clinical protocols.

• Active New Hampshire Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Experience with or confidence providing care involving tracheostomy management, G-tube feeding, ventilator support, seizure care, and diabetic management.
• Ability to assist with lifting, toileting, and other physical support needs.
• Comfortable riding the school bus with the student when assigned.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Previous pediatric, school-based, or one-on-one nursing experience is preferred but qualified candidates with relevant clinical experience are encouraged to apply.

This full-time contract position offers a competitive hourly pay range of $40-$50 per hour
