2nd and 3rd shift openings for Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem hours

Pay Range : $33 to $38.40 per hour

Shift Differentials:
  • Weekday 2nd and 3rd shift: $2.00 additional
  • Weekend 1st shift: $2.00 additional
  • Weekend 2nd shift: $3.00 additional
  • Weekend 3rd shift: $3.50 additional
  • Per Diem Base Rate + $4.00

Your Role:

As an LPN esa, you will:

  • Provide high-quality, resident-centered care
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
  • Administer medications and monitor patient conditions
  • Support a culture built on compassion, safety, and excellence
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Must possess and maintain a current Nursing license from the State of New Hampshire and be in good standing with the NH Board of Nursing
