Elliot Health System (EHS) in New Hampshire’s Queen City of Manchester is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner for its level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The 34‑bed unit focuses on family‑centered care and offers developmental screening, nutritional counseling, and services such as LS, PT/OT/SLP. The unit includes regional neonatal transport, high‑frequency ventilation, jet ventilation, Nitric Oxide Therapy, whole‑body cooling, and a NICU follow‑up program.

Subspecialty support comes from pediatric surgery, anesthesia, pulmonary, neurology, gastroenterology, ophthalmology, nephrology, and developmental‑behavioral pediatrics, as well as a high‑risk MFM service. The NICU participates in the Vermont Oxford Network and Team STEPPS to ensure the best patient outcomes. In collaboration with the Nephrology team, you will create, implement, and coordinate individualized plans of care for high‑risk newborns while engaging parents and families in education and support.

• Skilled in delivery room management, PIV, umbilical lines, lumbar punctures, and endotracheal intubations
• Board certified as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
• Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Eligible for a New Hampshire Nurse Practitioner license
• Eligible for a Federal DEA Certificate
