Travel Nurse Source is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Manchester, New Hampshire, 03102!
Job TitleTravel RN – Cardiac Telemetry (Night Shift / 13-Week Contract)

Schedule / Job TypeContract (Travel) | 13 Weeks | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Every Other Weekend Required
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care on a cardiac medical unit serving hemodynamically stable MI, acute/chronic heart failure, new onset Afib with or without RVR, and stable dysrhythmias
- Monitor and manage patients on cardiac drips including Amiodarone, Diltiazem, Dobutamine, Milrinone, renal-dose Dopamine, Lasix, and insulin dripsli>
Care for procedural patients including cardiac catheterizations (radial and femoral approaches without intervention), ablations, cardioversions, ICD and pacer patients, and CardioMEMS - Utilize telemetry monitoring equipment, vein finders, continuous and portable pulse oximetry, blood glucose monitoring, mechanical lifts, and Dopplers
- Document and manage patient care using an electronic medical record system with medication scanning capabilities
- Float within alike units as needed and maintain patient ratios of 1:5 on night shift
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in New Hampshire or compact state eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cardiac telemetry nursing
- Current ACLS certification
- Demonstrated knowledge and skill set in cardiac medical and procedural patient care, including cardiac catheterization patients
- Proficiency managing cardiac drip infusions
- Strong medical-surgical background combined with telemetry experience
- Experience with ICU step-down patients, neurological (CVA) patients, and pulmonary patients requiring BiPAP or high-flow oxygen
- Familiarity with Allscripts EMR platform
- Work within a well-staffed, team-oriented cardiac unit with a collaborative culture that values flexibility and patient-centered care
- Gain specialized experience across a diverse cardiac patient population in a structured and supportive clinical environment
