Nurse Supervisor - Manager | Evening Shift 3-11:30 p.m. Evening Nurse Supervisor position for RNs or LPNs at Hanover Hill Health Care Center, Manchester, NH.

Employment Type:

Full-time Salaried.

Work Hours:

Mon-Fri 3-11:30 p.m. with on-call weekend rotation approximate once every two months.

• Oversee evening nursing assignments and delegate administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability to staff nurses and aides.
• Ensure adherence to resident/patient care policies and procedures established by the facility.
• Work with an interdisciplinary team to meet residents’ needs and comfort on a comprehensive level.
• Provide education and support to all evening nursing staff as needed.
• Develop and assign work tasks; monitor and address problem areas in collaboration with the Director of Nursing and other supervisory staff.
• Maintain an effective orientation program for new employees on the 3-11 p.m. shift, including facility policies and job duties.
• Participate in continuing education to stay current in the profession and maintain licensure.
• Monitor nursing care to ensure residents are treated with fairness, dignity, and respect.
• Review nursing notes to ensure care plans are followed.

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a nurse in New Hampshire (RN or LPN).
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility, hospital, or related health care setting.
• Supervisory experience is preferred but not required; training available for the right candidate.
• Point Click Care  experience is helpful but not required; training provided.

• Sign-On Bonus:
  Up to $7,500 for full-time employees.
