Licensed Nursing Assistant

Genesis HCC is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant to provide hands-on care and support to residents in our skilled nursing and long-term care center. In this role, you will assist with daily living activities, take vital signs, support mobility and comfort, and accurately document care in coordination with RNs and LPNs. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a respectful, learning-focused environment that prioritizes patient dignity, safety, and clinical excellence, while offering training, growth opportunities, and the chance to impact recovery and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing
• Measure and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning using safe techniques and equipment
• Support feeding, hydration, and nutritional needs per care plans
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic health records
• Follow infection control, safety, and fall prevention protocols
• Offer emotional support and respectful communication to residents and families
• Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, therapists, and other team members to execute care plans
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment
• Participate in training and in-service education to build clinical skills
