• Provide direct patient care to adults in a psychiatric care setting under supervision as needed
• Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately
• Monitor patient status, identify clinical changes, and communicate updates to the care team
• Implement de-escalation techniques and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans
• Complete timely and accurate nursing documentation and charting per policy

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Hampshire
• Graduation from an approved Licensed Practical Nurse program
• Experience or exposure to psychiatric or acute care settings is preferred
• Ability to work the listed shift and meet guaranteed hours
