The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed hospital in Manchester; TN and we are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our Med Surg team.

This is an excellent opportunity to provide exceptional patient care, collaborate with a supportive clinical team, and makea meaningful impact in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Full-Time | PRN | Days | Nights

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate patient carein the medical-surgical setting
• Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and nursing leadership to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Safely administer medications following the five rights of medication administration
• Initiate, monitor, and discontinue IV therapy as needed

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RNprogram
• Current Tennessee RN license
• Current BLS certification
• One year of hospital experience preferred
• Proficiency in interpreting EKGs,lab results, and clinical data
