Solution Health is seeking an LNA to join a 29-bed Geropsychiatric Unit in Manchester, NH. You will perform direct and indirect patient care under supervision, providing personal support and documenting in the medical record as needed.
The role reports to the RN and Clinical Nurse Manager and focuses on compassionate care for patients 65+ with cognitive and psychiatric needs, with a 7:00am–7:30pm shift, 24 hours per week, and alternating weekends.
