Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health Supervisor | Manchester, NH
Interim Health Care of the Northeast is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health Supervisor to join our Manchester, NH office. In this role, you'll supervise field clinicians, support patient care coordination, and help oversee home health operations across Manchester and the surrounding communities. This is a hybrid role — a mix of office-based supervision and hands‑on patient home visits — with full‑time, 40‑hour weekly scheduling and flexibility in daily start times.
WhatYou'll Do
- Supervise and support field nursing staff delivering home health care across Manchester and nearby towns
- Conduct patient home visits and clinical oversight alongside office‑based supervisory duties
- Coordinate care plans, staffing, and scheduling to ensure quality, Medicare‑certified home health services
- Serve as a clinical resource for RNs, LPNs, and home health aides in the field
- Maintain documentation and compliance standards across assigned cases
- 40 hours per week, full‑time
- Flexible daily start times
- Competitive salary, based on experience — $93,000-$104,000/year
- Weekly pay
- Mileage reimbursement for travel between patient visits
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Hampshire
- 2+ years of nursing experience in home health, hospice, or a related clinical setting preferred
- 1+ year of nursing supervision or clinical leadership experience preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation for travel to patient homes in and around Manchester
