The Staff Pad is partnering with a reputed hospital in Manchester, TN to hire a compassionate and skilled Operating Room/Surgical Circulator RN to join their Surgical Services team.
As an RN Circulator, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care throughout every phase of surgery - frompre-op to post-op - while collaborating closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team.
In this role, you will help maintain sterile technique, ensure surgical readiness, and support safe, positive patient outcomes in a fast-paced OR environment.

What You'll Do
- Provideperioperative nursing care for patients of all ages
- Assess,plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Maintainsterile fields, surgical instruments, and supplies
- Supportsurgical and anesthesia teams before, during and after procedures
- Perform accurate sponge, sharps, and instrument counts in accordance with AORNstandards
- Properlyhandle and label surgical specimens
- Maintain up-to-date surgeon preference cards and surgical readiness
- Mentorand support new staff and nursing students
- Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- BLS,Hospital-based ACLS and PALS required
- OR experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and critical-thinking skills
