CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) - Full-Time | Days | 1099 Independent Contractor

The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a well-known healthcare organization in Manchester, TN and we are seeking a 1099 (Independent Contractor) Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join and support theiranesthesia team.

This is an independent practice opportunity within a collaborative surgical environment that values clear, respectful communication among anesthesia providers,surgeons, nurses, and surgical technicians.

The anesthesia team currently includes 2 full-timeCRNAs and 3 PRN CRNAs, with an independent practice model supporting a diversesurgical and procedural case mix.

Schedule:

Full-Time | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM | Occasionallate days based on surgical volume | Call required

• Diverse clinical environment & surgical mix
• Collaborativeanesthesia and surgical team

• Provide independent anesthesia care across a variety of surgical and procedural services
• Delivergeneral anesthesia and regional anesthesia services
• Provideultrasound-guided regional blocks
• Carefor patients undergoing orthopedic, vascular, urology, endoscopy, pain,and general surgical procedures
• Practiceacross 3 operating rooms and 1 endoscopy room
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, technicians, and other anesthesia providers
• Maintain high standards of patient safety, clinical quality, and professionalism
• Complete accurate anesthesia documentation using paper-based charting
• Participate in the anesthesia call schedule
• Support the anesthesia team during scheduled and late-day cases as needed

• CurrentRN license + APRN licensure/credentialing
• NBCRNAcertification & Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• 1+year of experience as a CRNA
• Experience with general, orthopedic, vascular, urologic, endoscopy, and painprocedures preferred
• Experience performing ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia preferred

• Abilityto practice independently in a surgical environment
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• IndependentCRNA practice model with 3 operating rooms & 1 endoscopy room
• Ultrasound-guidedregional anesthesia - Ultrasound equipment available
• Noobstetrics/OB call responsibilities
• Paper-based clinical documentation
• 7weeks of PTO annually
