RN - Float Pool

Position Summary We are seeking a Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe, high-quality patient care across multiple units and clinical settings. The RN will adapt to different patient populations, workflows, and care needs while supporting staffing and patient-care requirements.

• Provide nursing care across assigned units based on patient and staffing needs.
• Assess patients and develop appropriate nursing care plans.
• Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and prescribed treatments.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient status and escalated concerns.
• Assist with procedures and patient-care activities within scope of practice.
• Educate patients and families on treatments and care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow infection control, safety, and patient-care standards.
• Adapt effectively to different units, patient populations, and clinical workflows.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Previous acute-care or hospital nursing experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple departments and patient-care settings.
• BLS certification; ACLS or other certifications as applicable.
