Assistant Director of Nursing – Manchester, NH

$80,000 – $90,000 per year (dependent on relevant experience)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing to join the leadership team at a 5-star, non-profit skilled nursing and rehabilitation center providing both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. • Develop, implement, and oversee staff education programs (orientation, in-service training, ongoing development).
• Lead and manage the Infection Control Program, including monitoring and prevention strategies.
• Evaluate resident care outcomes and quality standards; recommend corrective actions.
• Assist with staffing coverage to maintain appropriate care levels.
• Participate in on‑call rotation with nursing leadership.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, preferably long-term care.
• CPR/BCLS and IV certification required.
