About the Position

# Job Opportunity – Travel RN PCU – New Hampshire

Start Date: October 26, 2026

Location: Derry, New Hampshire

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 13-week travel assignment; 12-hour shifts; 4:1 patient ratios; every other weekend or equivalent based on staffing needs; may float to Med Surg, ICU (for border patients), and Emergency Department (for ED holds)

Highlights:

  • 20-bed Progressive Care Unit with flexible staffing model (5 RNs per shift, flex with patient volume)
  • Strong focus on dysrhythmia recognition and critical drip experience with cardiac monitoring
  • GE cardiac monitoring system and Hospira IV pumps;
    Expanse EMR
  • Opportunity to care for pre/post cardiac cath patients and those with pacemakers
  • Collaborative team environment with 5 RNs and 2 LNAs per shift
  • Professional dress code with no required scrub color

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience in a hospital setting required
  • Active Compact Nursing License required at time of submission
  • BLS, ACLS, and NIAH certifications required
  • Strong dysrhythmia recognition skills and critical drip experience (must have)
  • Pre/post cardiac cath and pacer patient care experience preferred
  • Prior HCA experience a plus
