Responsibilities- Mow, weed, mulch, and maintain town grounds and landscaped areas
- Assist with athletic field preparation and seasonal maintenance
- Collect trash and keep outdoor spaces clean and orderly
- Perform routine inspections of facilities (non-licensed)
- Carry out minor equipment repairs and preventative maintenance
- Operate grounds equipment, including mowers, trimmers/edgers, chainsaws, blowers, aerators, and tillers
- Support basic building and facilities maintenance as needed
- Complete additional duties assigned by supervisors
- Ability to communicate effectively and work independently
- Valid driver’s license and minimum age of 18 (to operate town vehicles)
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Reliability and a strong work ethic in a team-based environment
- Availability for full seasonal commitment (April–November)
- Must already be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
