• Mow, weed, mulch, and maintain town grounds and landscaped areas
• Assist with athletic field preparation and seasonal maintenance
• Collect trash and keep outdoor spaces clean and orderly
• Perform routine inspections of facilities (non-licensed)
• Carry out minor equipment repairs and preventative maintenance
• Operate grounds equipment, including mowers, trimmers/edgers, chainsaws, blowers, aerators, and tillers
• Support basic building and facilities maintenance as needed
• Complete additional duties assigned by supervisors

• Ability to communicate effectively and work independently
• Valid driver’s license and minimum age of 18 (to operate town vehicles)
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
• Reliability and a strong work ethic in a team-based environment
• Availability for full seasonal commitment (April–November)
• Must already be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
