Our Outdoor Softscape Foreman earns $25.00 - $35.00/hour and typically works from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday. We have plenty of hours available to keep you busy and new equipment for you to use. Plus, our bosses don't micromanage and won't breathe down your neck as you work. As our seasonal Outdoor Softscape Foreman, you skillfully lead a field crew in grading, excavating, and installing features for our clients' landscapes. You're in charge of accurately grading lawns, completing drain and shed pad excavations, and expertly installing trees, shrubs, and other plants. You complete precise work according to client desires, utilizing materials such as mulch, weed fabric, and river rock to achieve amazing results.

Here's what you need for this seasonal position:

• 3+ years of experience operating a bobcat or mini excavator
• Ability to grade and install lawns and outdoor features
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Must have ability to pass a background check.
