Quality Control Inspector (JN

We’re excited to partner with a fantastic manufacturing company in Manchester that is looking to add a Quality Control Inspector to their team. If you have quality inspection experience, strong attention to detail, solid Excel skills, and experience working with extrusion processes and vision inspection systems, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
Location: Manchester
Schedule: Monday
- Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $24-$26/hr
Type: Temp-to-Perm
Key Responsibilities:- Inspect and test products to meet customer and product specifications.
- Report any quality issues and ensure compliance with quality policies.
- Read and interpret blueprints and measurement procedures.
- Operate and maintain measurement tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, and vision systems).
- Perform inspections on products produced through extrusion processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Utilize vision inspection systems to identify defects, verify dimensions, and maintain product quality.
- Verify documentation accuracy and packaging specifications.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Adhere to GDP, GMP, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485 standards.
- Experience with extrusion manufacturing processes required.
- Experience using vision inspection systems for quality verification and defect detection required.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint preferred).
- Self-motivated with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to read and follow instructions and reports.
- Basic math skills, including unit conversions.
- Experience using precision measuring equipment, including calipers and micrometers.
- Ability to troubleshoot quality concerns and communicate findings effectively.
- Familiarity with manufacturing quality standards and inspection procedures.
