  • Must be at least 18 years old and meet any state/local requirements for alcohol handling

  • Prior retail management experience or progressive responsibility in a retail environment
  • Experience with inventory management and merchandising
  • Familiarity with conducting performance evaluations and employee development
  • Ability to travel between multiple store locations as part of training
Preferred Education And Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Progressive Retail Experience
  • A combination of education and relevant experience that demonstrates leadership readiness

  • Flexibility to travel within divisional areas to train at multiple locations
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and compliance with company security standards
  • Ability to handle physically demanding tasks in alignment with the job’s physical requirements
