- Ability to travel between multiple store locations as part of training
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- A combination of education and relevant experience that demonstrates leadership readiness
- Flexibility to travel within divisional areas to train at multiple locations
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and compliance with company security standards
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks in alignment with the job’s physical requirements
