Retail Sales Associate

Homesense is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team. In this role, you'll greet shoppers, answer questions, and deliver friendly, efficient service while operating the cash register and handling transactions accurately. You'll help create our treasure-hunt shopping experience by stocking shelves, merchandising home décor and furniture, and keeping the sales floor clean and organized. Associates work collaboratively, follow company policies and ethical standards, and receive training with opportunities for growth within our global off-price retail family.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, answering questions about products and offers
• Operate POS system to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately
• Maintain store standards through zoning, recovery, and housekeeping
• Stock, replenish, and merchandise product on sales floor according to guidelines
• Support pricing, tagging, and markdown processes
• Monitor fitting rooms and sales floor for loss prevention and safety
• Collaborate with team to meet sales, service, and operational goals
• Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
