Follett Higher Education is seeking a Team Lead who works closely with the Department Manager or Store Manager to receive, price, and stock merchandise to meet customers’ needs and drive sales and profits. You will assist Team Members and ensure ongoing training and compliance education.
As leader on duty, you respond to customer and team concerns in the absence of the Store Manager, open and close the store, and ensure bookstore property and team members are safe and secure.
