Game Stop - 114 March Avenue - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions and concerns promptly and courteously, assist guests with gaming needs, inform about promotions and trade-in program, recommend additional items, and express gratitude to guests.;
Prioritize guests over tasks by circulating throughout the store and supporting the shopping environment, visual and operational elements, and guest relationships that drive sales and loyalty.;
Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the POS system, ensuring top-notch guest service.;
Address guest comments or questions in person or by phone, answering calls promptly and professionally to deliver top-tier guest service.;
Assist management in meeting sales, profit, and shrink goals and complete required administrative and operational duties; monitor inventory and ensure store fixtures and equipment are in proper working order.
