Telemarketer - State Farm Agent Team Member

• Answer phones and delegate tasks to licensed team members.
• Process billing and payments for customers.
• Follow up with customers that have had claims.
• Schedule appointments for customers requesting time with the agent.
• Upload documents and process changes for policies that are allowed by unlicensed team members.

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.50 per hour
