Service Drive Acquisition Manager

Auto Fair is now seeking a Service Drive Acquisition Manager to join our team. We are looking for a self‑motivated professional who can manage their own time, take initiative, take ownership of personal sales performance, and consistently work to achieve or exceed goals, and proactively engage customers to create opportunities to buy, sell, and upgrade their vehicle.

• Answer customer calls and establish follows‑up with sales appointments.
• Engage with Customers in the Service Department.
• Identify opportunities for customers to trade, sell, or upgrade their vehicles.
• Present purchase/lease options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no‑show.
• Participate in team and process development sessions keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.

• At least one previous dealership role assisting clients
