• Create daily customer visit schedule in the most efficient way, concentrating on one area to reduce drive time
• Maintain current customers and foster new relationships to discover their needs and find a solution to assist them, becoming their partner
• Utilize network CRM to record info about daily customer transactions, info about regional actions and events, success and failures
• Focus on a particular product for each customer and understand their needs to be able to promote and sell additional parts
• Gather and share information from customers and other dealers to help Allegiance remain competitive
• Increase sales year over year
• Attend required training to improve your abilities to assit and increase customer trust, satisfaction, and revenue
• Work closely with the Regional Parts Sales Manager regarding your efforts and any customer issues
• Seek conquest customers on a regular, weekly basis
  
  Deliver parts only when needed, to either get into a new customer or help a customer with an immediate need
• Schedule time to ride with internal managers and vendor representatives

• At least 2 years' experience in the industry/ dealership environment
• At least 2 years' experience working in outside sales
• Strong communication skills with customers, Allegiance employees, and vendors
• Ability to bring on customers new to our network from a previous book of business/ relationships
• Ability to focus on tasks at hand, executing discipline
• Agility to be able to handle disruptions to daily schedule and routine
• Able to handle rejection, to be resilient and persistent for the goal at hand
• Professional attitude
• Professional appearance
• Proven history of your ability to increase sales year over year
• Valid state driver's license is required
• Must maintain a clean driving record
