Conducts regular scheduled patrols of Elliot Health System buildings and grounds, checking doors, windows, alarms and firefighting equipment;
Responds to emergency situations including Code Red, Code Grey, Code Yellow, and Code Blue;
Assists with access for authorized employees and physicians;
Transports deceased persons and their property to the hospital morgue and maintains chain of custody;
Maintains radio communication with hospital Communications Center and other security officers
