Retail Security Shift Lead Officer - Manchester, NH

HELP MAKE YOUR WORLD A SAFER PLACE! Securitas is hiring immediately for a full‑time Security Shift Lead Officer for all shifts to keep our client’s site safe in Manchester, NH.

Pay: $18.50/hr

40 hours per week:
Thursdays, Sundays, and Mondays 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm;
Fridays and Saturdays 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm.

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by actively monitoring the premises.
• Perform regular patrols of the site and enforce regulations and directives.
• Provide customer service and information to client employees and customers.
• De‑escalate situations safely and swiftly; use quick judgment.
• Lead shift operations and assist in supervisory duties.

• At least 18 years old.
• Strong customer service skills and professionalism.
• Prior experience (at least 1 year) in a security role.
• Experience in supervisory roles preferred.
• Experience in customer service roles preferred.
• Ability to obtain the NH Guard Card (includes $40 application fee; assistance will be provided upon hire).
• Walking/standing for long periods of time; willingness to be outside in all weather.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Comfortable operating a company vehicle during mobile patrols.

Shift lead officers work in retail settings, staying alert during all hours of the shift, and often operate mobile patrol vehicles.
