Conducts regular scheduled patrols of buildings and grounds, checking doors, windows, alarms, and firefighting equipment;
Patrols parking areas to ensure safety of personnel and property;
Documents all activity in security logs;
Responds to emergency codes (Code Red, Code Grey, Code Yellow, Code Blue);
Assists authorized employees and physicians requiring access to restricted areas;
Assists with transportation of deceased persons and their property to the hospital morgue;
Maintains chain of custody records for sensitive matters;
Maintains radio communications with Security Center and other officers;
Responds to and assists with disasters, fire drills, and other emergencies
