YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR MASTER PLUMBER

As our Master Plumber, you'll do more than just plumbing work-you'll be building the foundation of a division. Each day brings variety and opportunity, including:

• Leading and mentoring apprentice plumbers to develop the next generation of talent
• Diagnosing, installing, and repairing residential plumbing systems (with some light commercial work)
• Collaborating with our HVAC team on integrated projects
• Ensuring all work meets plumbing codes and safety standards
• Communicating clearly and respectfully with customers to provide solutions they can trust
• Working closely with company leadership on hiring, training, and operational strategies

SCHEDULE

• Full-time position with steady work year-round
• Occasional on-call rotation as needed

REQUIREMENTS

We're looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and a customer-first attitude:

• Valid Master Plumber License
• 5+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Leadership qualities with a focus on mentoring and team development
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
