Travel in the field and jobsites and work in the shop as needed;
Plan work procedures and possible solutions such as part redesign or rearrangement;
Troubleshoot and maintain heavy equipment including dump trucks, pavers, reclaim and milling machines, loaders, graders, dozers, pavers and rollers;
Examine equipment and discuss with superintendent, operator, or project manager the nature and extent of damage or malfunction;
Ensure engagement of equipment team in safety best practices and compliance with company policies
