Millwright/Utility Repair Person

• Starting pay $25.00 per hour, more based on experience
• Relocation assistance available for the right candidate
• Annual increase potential
• Company truck outfitted with standard industry tools and gas card

• General maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and machinery
• Willingness to work occasional overnight shifts and travel requiring overnight stays, as business needs arise
• Focus on maintaining and repairing machine guarding
• Installation, maintenance, and repair work on multiple types of bin gate systems and turrets
• Welding and fabricating, including heavy focus on Stick welding with small amounts of MIG work around the concrete plant
• Precision fabrication and welding work inside aggregate bins
• Assist with training personnel in proper operation and maintenance around the plant
• Assist with performing preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules
• Assist with troubleshooting basic electrical and plumbing issues and suggest courses of action for repair
• Travel between Ready Mix Concrete plants
