We are seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to join our team at a leading regional airport facility. The successful candidate will perform maintenance of facility equipment and systems to ensure smooth operations and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of maintenance experience within the industrial or building maintenance field.

• Perform routine maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become critical.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance and repair work.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and inventory of supplies.
• Respond promptly to building emergencies and resolve issues efficiently.
• Assist in the implementation of energy-saving initiatives and sustainability practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to support facility-related projects and improvements.

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with Department of Homeland Security, airport standards and facility regulations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation in accordance with Equans requirements.
• Participate in audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Identify and report safety hazards and work with the team to implement corrective actions.
• Ensure maintenance work is performed to the highest quality standards to maintain equipment reliability and performance.

• Authorized to work in the US.
• Qualified to pass a background check and security screening.
• Minimum of 1 year of maintenance experience within the industrial or building maintenance field.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
