** We're looking for
** School Bus Monitors
** to join our team! If you enjoy working with children and young adults, this position provides an opportunity to become a friendly face for the passengers in your community! If you want to become an integral part of our education system by safely assisting with transporting our students to and from school, making it possible for them to develop a higher level of self-sufficiency each day-this is the job for you!
As a Bus Monitor, you will be paired with a seasoned driver during each of your shifts to interact and supervise passengers, creating a smooth, stress-free transportation experience.
*** No experience needed, we’ll train you! Training is paid for!**

* Qualifications:
*** High School Diploma, GED or related experience
* The ability to relate to individuals with special needs, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Candidates must also have a favorable criminal background check
*
* Hours:
** This is a school-year position, Monday – Friday.
** Shifts**:
* Morning – 6am-9:30am
* Mid-Afternoon – 11:30am-1pm
* Afternoon – 1:30pm-4:30pm
** Compensation**: $15 / hour We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time, eligible employees, including:
* Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability
* PTO begins accruing on your first day!
* Up to 9 paid holidays annually, plus one floating holiday of your choice. For programs that remain open during holidays, staff scheduled to work will receive holiday pay in accordance with program guidelines.
* 403(b) employer match up to a maximum of 3%
* Tuition reimbursement after one year of employment
* Student loan repayment for qualifying degrees after one year of employment
* Wellness programs: nutritional counseling services, reimbursement programs for weight loss & tobacco cessation
