Job Description & How to Apply Below

Program Overview:
Thrive is an in-home preventive program tailored for youth (ages 0 to 18) and families involved with the Department of Children Youth and Families (DCYF). Designed to intervene at the critical transition point of DCYF assessment closure, Thrive aims to divert youth and families from further DCYF involvement through family-based services that integrate evidence-based interventions, such as Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

Focusing on systemic issues and engaging caregivers, this program provides trauma‑informed care that builds resiliency in youth who often face increased risks due to Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs). By addressing multiple drivers for behavior, Thrive promotes positive, long‑term outcomes while reducing the likelihood of an out‑of‑home placement. With a holistic approach to treatment, Thrive helps families work through everyday challenges together.
