As a House Parent at Demo Company, you will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment for our residents.

You will serve as a mentor, role model, and advocate for the young individuals under your care. Your primary role will be to provide guidance, supervision, and support to ensure the well-being and development of our residents.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising daily activities and routines
• Providing emotional support and encouragement
• Assisting with homework and educational activities
• Encouraging positive behavior and conflict resolution
• Collaborating with staff, families, and external partners
