House Parent Opportunity

As a House Parent at Demo Company, you will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment for our residents.
You will serve as a mentor, role model, and advocate for the young individuals under your care. Your primary role will be to provide guidance, supervision, and support to ensure the well-being and development of our residents.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising daily activities and routines
- Providing emotional support and encouragement
- Assisting with homework and educational activities
- Encouraging positive behavior and conflict resolution
- Collaborating with staff, families, and external partners
