Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority is hiring a Service Coordination Specialist to work directly with MHRA’s tenant population. This role will be providing quality service coordination and supporting our residents with a variety of services. The Service Coordination Specialist will educate and assist residents on a continual basis regarding available services, MHRA policies, and understanding tenancy obligations while encouraging residents to remain as independent as possible.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of three to five years related experience in working directly with the elderly, persons with disabilities, and/or families. Candidates should be comfortable with spreadsheets and word documents. The ideal candidate will have the ability to interact with all residents in a compassionate, diplomatic, and helpful manner. Candidates should have the ability to approach work in a creative and analytical way.
Must be able to work independently and maintain professional boundaries.
This is a full-time, 35-hour work week position.
A valid driver’s license and personal auto insurance are required.
