Join a dedicated team on the fascinating Pathways psychiatric intensive care unit in Manchester, New Hampshire. This 13-week contract offers a unique opportunity to work with adult patients facing severe mental health challenges such as suicidal ideation, psychosis, and bipolar disorder. As a Behavioral Health RN, you’ll be providing vital support in a secure, structured environment where each patient’s individualized treatment plan emphasizes coping strategies and self-esteem building.

The 12-hour night shifts (7 PM – 7:30 AM) keep the nights interesting—less crowded and more focused, with an emphasis on safety and therapeutic engagement. This role is perfect for those with at least one year of acute behavioral health experience, ready to make an impact while enjoying a change of scenery.
