Job Description

Hybrid working: in office or on client site at least 2 days per week.
Work on diverse projects and tech stacks for clients across seven sectors – no project is ever the same. Participate in a supportive tech community with knowledge sharing, peer support, coaching, and mentoring.
Deepen your expertise through our learning culture: you’ll have budget for technical and non‑technical courses and certifications.
- Work with technologies: TOGAF, SAFe, UML, Archi Mate, Ardoq.
- Follow agile best practices and cross‑functional teamwork, using Waterfall, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban.
- Lead solution design and architecture for low‑code projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical specifications.
- Create key architecture artifacts:
Design Decisions, Technical Options Papers, High‑Level and Low‑Level Designs, Reference Architecture, Roadmaps. - Support senior leaders with cost estimation, planning, and benefits realisation.
- Act as a Solution Architect, stepping into a hands‑on Software Engineering or Dynamics 365 implementation background, leading engineering teams.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders in fast‑paced environments.
- Proficiency in architecture across Business, Data, Application, Technology, or Security domains.
- Clear understanding of architecture methods (TOGAF, SAFe) and modeling tools (UML, Archi Mate, Ardoq).
- Experience designing and delivering architectural solutions within governance frameworks.

Some UK roles require a UK security clearance. Applicants must meet the residency requirements (British citizen or 5 years UK residency).
