We are looking for a conscientious Driver to help us deliver outstanding service and care to students in Manchester, NH. As a Driver you will ensure students travel safely, maintain vehicles and facilities, and support a smooth, well‑maintained environment that fosters student success and safety.

• Transport students safely and punctually to various locations, maintaining a dependable schedule.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance.
• Perform maintenance and inspections of Center facilities to prevent disruptions to services.
• Track and document work details, promptly reporting any issues to supervisors.
• Assist other departments when needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
• Plan and organize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Uphold respectful and accountable interactions with students, fostering a positive environment.
• Communicate clearly and professionally both orally and in writing with team members and management.
• Identify and resolve problems proactively, ensuring corrective actions are followed through.
• Model and mentor career success standards to support student and staff growth.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Prior experience working with youth is preferred, bringing empathy and understanding to the job.
• Valid in‑State Driver’s License and ability to meet Company insurability requirements.
• Physical capability to perform tasks such as sitting, standing, climbing, lifting up to 40 pounds, pulling, pushing, and other essential movements.
