OTR Trainee Position Entry Level CDL-A Truck Driver

Owner‑Operator Position – Box Truck 24ft & 26ft

Weekly gross $6,000 – $8,000 (solo). Hard runners can make more than $8,000. Only 10% company Share‑Option for owners.

What you’ll need to succeed as a Truck Driver at XPO.

• Valid Class A commercial driver’s license
• Safe driving record and history
• Current possession or willingness to obtain a hazardous materials, tank vehicle, or tanker permit
• Insurance
• Hold a valid state‑issued driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months

• Operate a box truck (24ft or 26ft) for long‑haul and local deliveries.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of mileage and fuel usage.
• Perform pre‑trip inspections and ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
• Ensure timely delivery and proper handling of all cargo.

• Pay ranges from $29.00 hourly to $67,000 yearly depending on role and experience.
• CPM or % of gross options, weekly take‑home pay ranges $2,500 – $3,800.
