Plant Accounting Manager – Manchester, TN (Hybrid)

We’re partnering with a well‑established manufacturing client to identify an experienced Plant Accounting Manager to serve as the financial point‑person for their Manchester, TN facility. • Primary financial resource for the plant, driving accuracy, visibility, and strategic insight
• Oversee daily accounting activities along with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure complete, timely, and accurate financial statements for the facility
• Review and monitor product costs, manufacturing variances, and cost‑saving opportunities
• Support continuous improvement by identifying operational and financial efficiencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing accounting environment
• Solid understanding of cost accounting principles and familiarity with ERP systems
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights clearly
