Senior Accountant

Salary up to $110,000

We’re partnering with a well‑established manufacturing client to find a strong and experienced Senior Accountant to serve as a financial point‑person for their Manchester, TN facility. This opportunity is ideal for someone who excels in a fast‑paced production environment, enjoys being embedded in operations, and is energized by improving processes and influencing business decisions.

• Oversee daily accounting activities along with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure complete, timely, and accurate financial statements for the facility
• Review and monitor product costs, manufacturing variances, and cost‑saving opportunities
• Support continuous improvement by identifying operational and financial efficiencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing accounting environment
• Solid understanding of cost accounting principles and familiarity with ERP systems
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights clearly
