As an Accounts Receivable & Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll play an important role in supporting both our customers and our office team.

This position combines customer service and accounts receivable responsibilities. You’ll assist customers with account questions, schedule appointments, process payments, help manage outstanding balances, and work closely with teammates to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

• Process customer payments
• Monitor and maintain customer account balances
