Great Lakes Cheese in Manchester, TN seeks a Case Packer to operate packaging equipment and prepare finished products to customer specifications. Maintain sanitation, weigh and space product, and perform changes per matrix while adhering to GMP and Safety policies.
You will review production sheets, communicate with line personnel on specs and quality issues, and palletize finished goods in a fast-paced dairy environment. SAP/MES experience is a plus.
