Great Lakes Cheese in Manchester, TN seeks a 3rd shift Machine Operator to operate production equipment and ensure GMP and safety compliance. You will support line efficiency and meet customer specifications while adhering to policy.
Responsibilities include setup, inspection, sanitation, basic maintenance, quality control, SPC-based weight checks, and teamwork across shifts. Previous manufacturing exposure is preferred.
