We’re hiring a skilled Quality Control Inspector to ensure parts meet quality standards and support smooth production on
3rd shift in Manchester, TN.
- Perform 100% inspection or sorting of manufactured parts
- Record and evaluate inspection data for deviations
- Identify, tag, and segregate nonconforming material
- Complete NCRs and communicate issues to supervisors/engineering
- Support investigations or corrective actions
- Sign off approved product on the production floor
- Follow all safety rules, policies, and quality procedures
- Maintain reliable, punctual attendance
- Proficient with micrometers, calipers, height gages, length gages, and basic metrology practices
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, inspection, or quality
- Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
- Regular standing, walking, reaching; occasional stooping or kneeling
- Lift 10 lbs regularly, 25 lbs frequently, 50 lbs occasionally
- Must have color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
