Maintenance Technician

Aerotek -  - Responsibilities:
Perform industrial maintenance on plant equipment, including motorized conveyors, three-phase motors, AC/DC motors, and related systems.;
Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues within the facility to minimize downtime and maintain safe operations.;
Conduct preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment, following established schedules and procedures.;
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to plan and execute maintenance and repair tasks.;
Perform electrical troubleshooting on three-phase systems and control circuits to identify faults and implement effective solutions.;
Carry out mechanical troubleshooting and repairs on conveyors, motors, and related mechanical assemblies.;
Use welding techniques, including MIG and TIG, to repair or fabricate components as needed for equipment maintenance.;
Capability to lead and support other maintenance team members in daily tasks.
